Head of Strategic Accounts

📋 Description

• Lead the US Strategics team to consistent, forecastable delivery quarter over quarter across a book
• Coach and manage a team of ~5–6 Strategic Account Managers covering our most important banks, asset
• Drive multi-year deal execution, lock in early renewals, and structure enterprise agreements that
• Coach the team through complex commercial motions — MSAs, procurement, legal review, and executive
• Run weekly segment reviews focused on deals moved, deals at risk, pipeline health, and
• Set the operating cadence for the segment; enforce 3-day office minimum, drive territory planning

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including 4+ years leading strategic or enterprise
• Personally carried and exceeded large individual quotas on multi-million-dollar strategic accounts
• Consultative selling approach and strategic partner to clients.
• Deep familiarity with capital markets, credit, or debt markets ecosystem (credit, leveraged
• Led teams through multi-year deal execution, securing uplifts, early renewals, complex enterprise
• Coached reps through complex procurement, MSA negotiation, legal review, executive alignment.
