Head of Strategy & Operations, Office of the COO

📋 Description

• Run the company's core operating processes: planning, OKRs, and other operating cadences, keeping
• Own the weekly company OKR review and drive execution: diagnose issues, recommend actions, and
• Serve as the first stop for decisions that would otherwise go to the COO, making calls within
• Resolve new, high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives without a clear owner, defining problems and
• Ensure org health and productivity in partnership with HRBP and Finance, aligning org structure

🎯 Requirements

• Operated at an executive level as a COO, Head of Operations, VP, Senior Director of Strategy &amp
• Run a company-wide process end to end (e.g., planning, goal-setting, business reviews) and
• Worked directly with a CEO, COO, or executive team at a company that at least doubled in revenue
• Hired senior people through rigorous processes and built or rebuilt a team
• Strategic, able to break down complex problems and deliver vision and execution plans
• Exceptional writer, able to summarize high-stakes issues into a clear one-page brief with
