Head of Supply Chain & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end supply chain: demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, and
• Build scalable systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and visibility as the business grows.
• Manage supplier/manufacturing relationships, incl. international partners; ensure collaboration and
• Oversee freight forwarding, customs, import ops, and international logistics coordination.
• Lead and optimize 3PL partnerships to improve delivery, cost, and customer experience.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and terms to optimize costs and strengthen partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations at scale in DTC/eCommerce/consumer goods or
• Strong background in international logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier
• Hands-on with 3PLs, ERP systems, forecasting tools, and operational reporting.
• Ability to build processes, systems, and teams that support growth.
• Strong leadership; capable of ownership of complex operational challenges and independent problem
• Fluent English; German a plus.
