📋 Description

• Design and implement a structured candidate evaluation system including scorecards, calibration
• Manage the hire-to-ramp loop connecting interview scores to early performance, with 6- and 12-month
• Train interviewers and hiring managers on targeted interviewing, evidence-based feedback, and quick
• Own the ATS (Greenhouse) configuration, workflows, pipeline hygiene, and reporting; influence
• Build agentic AI workflows for sourcing research, scheduling, candidate communication, screening
• Ensure recruiting-process compliance across US, UK, and Singapore, including pay-transparency and

🎯 Requirements

• At least seven years in recruiting, with proven experience building or overhauling a hiring system
• Hands-on Greenhouse admin experience
• A point of view on talent acquisition and the AI era, with demonstrated AI workflows in recruiting
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through evidence, not authority
• Data-driven approach to hiring as a systems problem
• Track quality of hire beyond the offer
