Head of Talent

📋 Description

• Own Uniswap Labs' long-term talent strategy and workforce plan, working with the executive team on
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on role scoping, leveling and compensation
• Set a high, consistent hiring bar and keep it as we grow
• Work with team leads on internal talent development: career paths, promotions, mobility and
• Help shape how we assess performance and growth
• Build, mentor, and scale the recruiting team, from in-house recruiters and coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years leading recruiting teams in a fast-growing
• A track record of building a recruiting function from a small team and scaling it, while staying
• Experience hiring senior engineering, product, design, and business talent in competitive markets
• Experience with long-term workforce planning, org design and talent strategy, working directly
• Strong judgment advising leaders on hiring strategy, role design, leveling and compensation
• Experience supporting internal talent development, such as performance, career paths and
