📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function to support Apollo’s rapid growth across all business
• Design and execute a global recruiting strategy that leverages AI and automation to drive
• Build and mentor a high-performing TA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and
• Partner closely with the executive team and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and align
• Establish and track key recruiting metrics to measure performance, optimize processes, and drive
• Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to enhance Apollo’s employer brand and attract top-tier

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including time at a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of scaling TA functions in late-stage startups or unicorn-stage companies
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a track record of using technology to improve
• Experience managing global recruiting teams and hiring across technical, go-to-market, and G&A
• Strong operational mindset, with expertise in recruiting metrics, process design, and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at
