• Generate business value by refining existing processes and creating new ones through technical
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and lead technical design for the team
• Mentor and develop team members
• Lead technical discovery, scoping, and solution design for complex enterprise deals
• Build proofs of concept and prototypes
• Review code and architectures

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, forward deployed engineering
• 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, ideally both pre-sales and post-sales
• Proven pre-sales leader with success winning complex six and seven figure enterprise deals
• Professional services operator who has owned a services P&L, managed utilization and gross
• Transformation leader who has built scalable, productized deployment motion
• AI builder with experience shipping LLM-powered agents, workflows or integrations into production
