Head of Workplace

📋 Description

• Own portfolio strategy, including capacity planning, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals
• Build business cases and investment recommendations that balance employee experience, cost, and
• Contribute to our hybrid work policies using internal data and external trends
• Bring Faire's mission into our spaces, for example by showcasing the brands we work with, hosting
• Design & build in-office programs people actually want to show up for, and use employee
• Own daily facilities and workplace operations across all offices, including food service

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of workplace experience in a high-growth company, including multi-office portfolios and
• Hands-on experience with leases, vendors, and facilities, plus experience delivering projects on
• Comfort with data and budgets, and a good working relationship with Finance
• Experience building teams that run with real autonomy
• Credibility with senior leaders and the ability to make a clear recommendation and get a decision
• Real interest in small business and entrepreneurship, and curiosity about how a workplace can
