🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture or business analysis, with 2+ years of
• Direct experience in the healthcare industry—payer, provider/IDN, medical device or distribution
• Practical understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling and BAAs, and how they shape Salesforce design
• Deep knowledge of the Health Cloud data model and features: Person Accounts, Care Programs and Care
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, facilitate design decisions with senior stakeholders
• Experience designing integrations with healthcare systems of record—EHRs (Epic or comparable
