📋 Description

• Make approximately 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients while maintaining a
• Explain physician-recommended Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM)
• Answer patient questions regarding Medicare-related topics, including program coverage, monthly
• Build trust with senior and elderly patients by communicating patiently, professionally, and
• Obtain appropriate verbal consent from interested patients and accurately complete their enrollment
• Document call notes, patient information, enrollment details, and relevant interaction outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bring previous experience supporting U.S. healthcare or Medicare populations, such as through a
• Demonstrate strong spoken English with clear pronunciation, neutral delivery, appropriate pacing
• Be comfortable explaining healthcare and Medicare concepts to patients who may have questions or
• Have a professional and confident telephone presence, with strong listening, communication, and
• Be comfortable spending most of the working shift making outbound calls and engaging patients
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently

🎁 Benefits
