📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe at home
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Support clients with daily living tasks and independence
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned to provide one-on-one care

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed; training provided
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
