📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a nurse to provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making to support safety at home.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding; support mobility with ROM exercises.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers; use mechanical lifting devices as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and keep clients safe at home.
