📋 Description

• Collaborate with medical group clinics and outpatient departments on the education, implementation
• Conduct discovery activities and document current and future-state workflows, processes, business
• Provide training and auditing related to HIM standards and associated functions within clinic
• Monitor HIM processes and performance, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend practical
• Provide reporting and feedback to clinics and communicate relevant findings and recommendations to

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in Health Information Management or an outpatient clinic
• Strong understanding of HIM concepts, standards, workflows, and operational processes.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex situations
• Experience with business operations analysis, requirements management, workflow management, and
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple
