📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and admin staff
• Oversee daily pediatric home care office operations and scheduling
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and financial health of the office
• Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and physicians
• Ensure services meet federal, state, and accrediting standards
• Drive quality improvement and a culture of safety and excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required
• 2+ years pediatric home care or related healthcare leadership
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills
• Knowledge of state regulations governing pediatric home care
• Demonstrated leadership with diverse teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
