• Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care to clients in Burnsville and nearby MN.
• Collaborate with families and BAYADA team to meet care goals.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Document care using Cubhub electronic charting; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Availability for daytime and overnight shifts
