📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 home health care to clients in Burnsville and nearby.
• Provide consistent hours and 1:1 support with a trusted BAYADA team.
• Follow care plans and document care using Cubhub.
• Daytime or overnight shifts with 8/10/12-hour options.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

🎁 Benefits

• $27–31/hour in Minnesota plus differential pay for overnights and weekends.
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (min two shifts/month).
• Daytime and Overnight shifts.
• 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts.
• No weekend requirement.
• Weekly pay.
