Deliver reliable, high-quality nursing care in clients' homes in Burnsville and nearby communities
Use electronic charting system (Cubhub) to document patient care
Provide care during daytime, overnight, and weekend shifts as scheduled
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with clinical support team
Ensure patient safety and comfort through personalized care

🎯 Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
