📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one LPN home care to clients in Minnesota.
• Join BAYADA's private duty skilled nursing team delivering in-home care.
• Care for clients with TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia, or cancer.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to follow the care plan.
• Work in clients' homes with flexibility and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to provide private-duty/home-health care in clients' homes.
• Flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN).
