🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience in healthcare (home health preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office.
• Solid PC and communication skills for community networking.
