Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

📋 Description

• Deliver in-home skilled nursing care for BAYADA clients (infant to geriatric)
• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
• Follow doctors' orders and document interventions
• Conduct assessments and monitor client conditions
• Provide one-to-one client care with autonomy in the home
• Collaborate with BAYADA team to ensure high-quality care

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from accredited nursing program; RN license in good standing
• Current RN license in NJ in good standing
• Experience in home health; in-depth skills incl. trach and ventilator care
• Valid driver's license; reliable vehicle; willing to travel to client homes
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Commitment to BAYADA's patient-centered approach and training
