Home Care Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and their families
• Understand client needs and match them to care solutions
• Communicate services, ask for commitment, and schedule follow-up consultations
• Meet individual and team sales metrics including call volume, conversion rates
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track activity and follow up

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and/or outbound)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in fast-paced high-volume call environment
• Thrives in a metrics-driven environment and motivated by goals
• Empathetic communicator balancing compassion with sales execution
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively
