Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care, household support, and companionship care
• Assist with activities of daily living at home
• Support clients with daily tasks and safety needs
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Deliver one-on-one patient care with compassion

• Prior home health or patient care welcomed but not required
• Passion for caregiving and helping others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes
