• Follow the RN's written plan of care; provide personal care.
• Provide personal care, household tasks, and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living to keep clients safe at home.
• Build close relationships with clients while delivering care.

• Prior home health care experience welcomed, but not required; training provided.
• A passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Commitment to being present and delivering quality care.

• Ability to travel to clients' homes.
