Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Provide personal care services following a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Perform household support duties such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Support mobility with range of motion exercises and ambulation assistance including transfers and
• Provide medication reminders

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required; training provided
• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
