At least one year of verifiable work experience in a hospital, nursing home, community health
Be CPR certified
Demonstrate ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English and/or the predominant
Pass the BAYADA Pediatric Home Health Aide Examination with a score of 70% or better
Demonstrate competency in appropriate child care skills as assessed by the Pediatric Clinical
Have a background criminal check completed including child abuse screening in states where it is
