📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehab care in clients' homes.
• Complete home health visits for clients in the Cuyahoga County area.
• Work as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary care team.
• Offer flexible schedules and 1:1 patient ratio.
• Ensure safe care with PPE and infection prevention protocols.
• Must have reliable transportation.

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the OH Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Have a criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
