📋 Description

Deliver in-home health aide and skilled nursing care to clients at home
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting)
Perform vital signs checks and medication assistance

Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant home health experience
Listed on PA Nurse Aide Registry, active
Read, write and speak English
Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Exam
Criminal background check completed
Meet state requirements
