📋 Description

• Provide home health aide, CNA or nursing support to clients at home
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver care in the home
• Complete home health visits in Adams County with flexible, part-time or per-diem schedules
• Offer 1:1 patient care and support required to remain at home
• Follow infection prevention protocols and PPE usage
• Maintain open communication with the clinical team and document patient status

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of work experience as HHA/CNA
• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Criminal background check completed and state requirements met
• Access to reliable transportation
