Develop and implement individualized PT care plans (manual therapy, gait, balance)
Reassess and revise PT plans with nursing in a multidisciplinary team
Educate clients and families on rehabilitation and independent living
Document observations and interventions on a touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
New grads welcome; home health exp not required
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
