Making visits to clients in Senior Living Communities
Perform mobility/ROM, strength, balance, and safety assessments
Develop and implement PT care plans, including manual therapy and gait/balance training
Assess and revise PT care plans; coordinate with nursing in multidisciplinary care plan
Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care and independent living
Document observations and interventions using a tablet

A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
