Home Health Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories
• Administer meds, wound care, treatments and procedures
• Monitor client conditions; report changes
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in EMR

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in MD.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
