Home Health Registered Nurse - RN Preceptor

📋 Description

• Train, coach, and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs.
• Travel across the Denver area to support onboarding.
• Maintain a caseload while delivering home care.
• Not a dedicated educator; provide field-based training as needed.
• Join a multidisciplinary team delivering home health care.

🎯 Requirements

• Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience.
• Medicare-certified home health and OASIS experience required.
• Strong head-to-toe assessment, wound care, and IV therapy skills.
• Ability to travel within coverage area for onboarding.
