📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate patients' functional status and ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, motor performance; plan interventions.
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Educate patients and families; document care on a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of OT experience.
• Graduate from AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
