Home Health Visits Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing in clients' homes in Tiverton, RI and nearby towns.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and detect subtle changes.
• Deliver acute/post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations at home.
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in relevant settings.
