📋 Description

• Head-to-toe assessment to spot subtle condition changes.
• Acute and post-acute care for CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations at home.
• Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation.
• Work independently, escalating concerns as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MA nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in past 2 years.
