📋 Description

• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and identify changes
• Provide acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy)
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations at home
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Wound assessment, care, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Current MA RN license in good standing
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• 1+ year adult/geriatric clinical experience in relevant settings
