📋 Description

• Deliver quality skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to
• Work in a team-based environment as an extension of a hospital care team
• Provide extensive training to the family and ongoing care team during initial weeks of homecare

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• At least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
