Conduct independent pre-funding and post-closing Quality Control (QC) reviews on mortgage loan
Own and manage the end-to-end licensing program for state company and branch licenses and
Partner with the Head of Home Lending Compliance to drive state expansion efforts, researching
Review and approve home lending marketing materials, advertising, and social media content to
Partner with the corporate Compliance Operations and Home Lending Operations teams to investigate
Manage the preparation, quality assurance, and submission of the company's annual regulatory

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree
5+ years of direct experience in residential mortgage compliance including time in Quality Control
Experience independently utilizing the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).
Willingness to obtain applicable registrations and/or licenses as necessary.
