📋 Description

• Lead your team on site to meet company objectives on shift.
• Supervise order picking, packaging SLAs and QA for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure SOP compliance through coaching and supervision.
• Communicate effectively with Deliveroo riders and manage dispatches.
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and wastage control.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organised site environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership and hands-on approach.
• Experience in FMCG/retail/warehouse is preferred.
• Fast-paced environment tolerance and KPI focus.
• Excellent English communication; right to work in UAE.
• Ability to run shifts independently and train peers.
• Good attendance, punctuality and reliability.
