📋 Description

On-call overnight and weekend home visits in designated territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments and comfort care.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Follow up on doctor orders; properly document actions.
Perform client assessments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Current PA RN license.
At least 1 year medical/surgical clinical experience.
Home care or hospice experience preferred.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as needed.
