Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Administering medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Following up with, executing, and documenting doctors' orders.
Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current NJ RN license.
One year hospice experience preferred.
Home health exp welcomed; we will train you.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Calm, compassionate, strong listening/communication.
Deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, reliability.
