Hospice Volunteer Coordinator

📋 Description

• Travel within the PA/DE area to recruit volunteers
• Plan and supervise the delivery of all volunteer services
• Coordinate administrative volunteer services with office staff
• Maintain records of services delivered and hours
• Recruit, interview and select volunteers
• Design and supervise orientation and training of volunteers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent customer service and coordination of volunteer services
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
• Health care or home care experience is a plus
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
