📋 Description

• Deliver quality pediatric skilled nursing care at home.
• Work full-time overnight shifts 7pm-7am.
• Join a team-based HICU Hospital at Home ICU nursing team.
• Support infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home.

🎯 Requirements

• Current LPN license.
• At least 1 year of verifiable LPN experience.
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience with infants (1 year).
• Infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care competence.
