• Lead all daily hospital operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Hospital Operations Manager, Medical Office Manager or similar role
• Three plus years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities, technician background
• Powerful leadership skills and an empathetic approach to management, experience training and
• Advanced skills in Practice Management Systems and MS Excel
• Basic accounting skills
• Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures and hospital protocols
