🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/hospitality/property mgmt
• 10+ years total experience; 5+ years luxury estates
• Oversees multiple residences and principals
• Knowledge of residential building systems and preventive maintenance
• Staff leadership and vendor management experience
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and contract negotiation
