HR Administrator

📋 Description

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and ensure relevant
• Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communications
• Provide first-line support to employees and managers, responding to HR queries promptly and
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, leave management, and related HR
• Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, records, and administrative documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 years of professional experience in HR administration, HR operations, People operations
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Practical experience working with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate
• Experience managing multiple tasks, requests, and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Comfortable handling confidential employee information and sensitive HR matters with discretion.
