Provide expert employee relations advice to Site Leaders, line managers and team leaders on all
Support, engage and coach leaders in the cultural change programme to reflect the Hunter Douglas
Handle complex ER cases ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policy and procedure
Support managers on performance management issues, coaching them on managing poor performance and
Ensure consistent best practices in absence management and manage the Dutch illness management
Partner with Divisional and Functional HR Business Partners to deliver strategic people initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Demonstrable experience of advisory human resources
In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR legislation, and compliance in the Netherlands
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
Expertise in managing complex employee relations cases
Experience in mediation and handling sensitive employee disputes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
