🎯 Requirements

• Manager of one - operates with strong ownership and autonomy.
• Comfortable moving from 'scout to scale' with solid project management and stakeholder engagement
• Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, systems integration.
• Ideal candidate has experience in HR Operations or Shared Services with demonstrated experience
• Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risk and data privacy obligations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools.
