📋 Description

• Use customer and employee feedback, alongside operational data and insights, to inform improvements

• Manager of one with strong ownership and autonomy
• Ability to bring initiatives from exploration to sustainable delivery
• Progressive experience in automation, process optimization, and systems integration
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
• Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle and privacy obligations
• Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n)
