HR AI & Automation Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across HR Operations
• Act as the directly responsible individual for multi-phase initiatives
• Translate operational pain points into scalable automation solutions
• Map end-to-end operational processes and design workflows
• Build and maintain integrations and data flows across HRIS, case management, payroll, etc.
• Develop rapid automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, systems integration, or
• Experience translating operational challenges into automated solutions
• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or comparable environments
• Understanding of user experience, operational efficiency, process design, and scalable service
• Experience building automation in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of sensitive personal data and privacy obligations
